Return Policy Return Period

You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. The product must be in its original, unused and uninstalled condition. All original packaging, accessories, instructions, and labels must be included.

Shoes with tags intact
Other unopened and unused shoes

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or specially ordered products
Products with severely damaged or missing packaging

Step 2: Obtain Return Authorization

Customer service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Step 3: Ship the Product Back

Use a trackable courier service to return the product.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer packaging of the package.
Pack properly to ensure the product is not damaged during transportation.
Purchasing shipping insurance is recommended.

Step 4: Await Processing

We will inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days after receiving it.
Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days after the inspection is passed.
